We have a large woolen blanket to which you are invited to add your memories. As each memory is added, it slowly becomes the Moreton Memory Blanket.

How to take part: stitch, applique, paint or draw ON FABRIC anything that represents your most treasured memory. It could be a toy, person, house, pet, gadget, mixing bowl...anything that symbolises significant things, places, relationships, work or play in your life. It doesn’t have to be perfect. This is not a quilt. The completed work will be shown
at various venues around the town.

Background fabric should be no larger than A5. Cotton, or fragments of an old garment can be used. Nothing too thick...it will need to meld into the blanket.

 You can use any medium you like but it does need to be fixed or drawn firmly onto the fabric.

Write your name or your initials onto the edge of your memory. If you would like, write about your memory to be added to the Memory Book.
