This workshop will develop mindfulness and creativity through various modes of drawing. No previous experience of drawing or mindful meditation is necessary.
The workshop will explore different ways of making drawings using simple materials. Chance, repetition and observation will be used as meditative processes to develop concentration, peace of mind and enjoyment.
Realise your creative nature by letting-go of preconceptions and judgments. Drawing is as natural as breathing.
The workshop will take place upstairs at the Gallery.
[duration 2.5 hours – including a break]
